Bahia is a restaurant with a loyal following for over 30 years which has matured from abeach shack to a comfortable, modern and fresh restaurant by the sea. Bahia provides exceptional service and friendly, experienced staff in a relaxing environment with the “taste of the sea”. The restaurant is located on Meia Praia, one of the largest beaches in the Algarve. It is located on the western end of Meia Praia and settled in between dunes overlooking the white beach with a beautiful sea view. The easiest way they are reachable is by car, a large parking space is provided. They also do private parties, weddings & business events With two outdoor terraces and an indoor area our flexible space adapts to a variety of events, from private parties to weddings and business events. The space has a capacity of up to 200 people standing or 130 seated. The indoor space consists of the main bar with a dance area and a small stage. The outdoor area consists of two bright and cozy sea view terraces with an additional outside bar. Bahia is renowned for its famous live music Sundays. They are offering as well a beach concession with sunbeds and shades, which can be rented for your comfort. We do not reserve sunbeds. Official months for beach concession opening are from 1 st of May until 15 th of October.
